PART FOURTEEN    Appeals Article: 117 Anybody penalized by the Stewards and who feels aggrieved by the penalty can appeal to the High Committee against the decision on payment of a fee of SR.1000. Article: 118 Appeals must be submitted to the Club Administration within 48 hours from the Stewards decision being made.
