Article: 120

Every one is required to comply with any instructions given by the High Committee from time to time in any way deemed appropriate.

Article: 121

All penalties and deposits will be paid to the Fund of the Club in accordance with these Rules.

Article: 122

The Veterinarian on duty on Race day can give instructions for the destruction of a horse who is badly injured after consulting the Owner or his Authorized Agent / Trainer. A report should then be given to the Stewards. 

Article: 123

The season starts in Taif, and ends in Riyadh.

Article: 124

There must be a break for horses between the end of the season in Riyadh and the Start in Taif not less than 4 weeks. Another break approximately similar to the above is given after Taif’s racing.

Article: 125

At the end of each season, Club Administration prepares the annual calendar that has complete  information and statistics on the races and results during the calendar term. It further contains information on stables, Trainers, Riders, as well as horse categories and grades besides any other important information.

Any modification, such as transfer of ownership and  color registration, must be made on the specific forms with the personal presence of both the old Owner and the new Owner or his authorized representative.

Distances for Racing in the kingdom are  measured by meter.  1 mile = 1610mtr; weights are in kilogram units. 1Kg. = 2.205 Lb.

Club Administration collects the following  charges against the services it offers:

Entry fee in special cups racing as this fee is nonrefundable after balloting out.

Entry fee should be paid as a registration fee for each non runners and their owners desired to enter them , in case there are no points or stars priorities. This is in case of races where registration is  required by fees. This fee  is not applied for group ( 3 ) cups.

Article: 129

Electronic numbering fee of a horse:

Within the 1st. fifteen days of birth date.

-       Photo of the horse should be taken within the 1st fifteen days of birth, with full appearance of the front & rear legs. Instant photos are not acceptable.

-       The horse who turned one month of age should have his blood analyzed.

-       Every yearling should be numbered, Mean while, his Dam and Stallion should have been numbered and blood analyzed.

-       Yearlings exceeding first year of age are not allowed to be numbered.

Article: 130

The fertilization period is four months and half, starting annually from the 15th of February until the 30th of June, when the colt age becomes one year old in the 1st of January from the next year in order to have all horses ages equal .. Example : If we have a colt has been born in any month during the year of 2006 his age will be one year old in the 1st of January 2007.

Article: 131 Training Tracks Regulations :

1-Track work Regulations issued by the Equestrian Club are to be observed at all times, Disciplinary action may be taken by the Stewards against any person found to be in breach of these Regulations.

2-The opening of the Training Tracks rests entirely with Equestrian Club.

3-The only persons permitted to use the Tracks shall be:

a)Authorized Trainers holding current licenses to Train under the Club Racing Rules.

b)Jockeys, Work Riders and Grooms Licensed by the club according to Trainers request.

Those granted permission to do so by the Equestrian Club Management or by the Stewards Committee.

Article: 132 Special contract with the Non-Saudi Workers: :

1-You must obtain permission from the Equestrian Club before bringing in any worker who has worked under the sponsorship of stable or the owner or manager to be supplied after the Equestrian Club, which proves that the former sponsor of no objection or a certificate issued to leave the of the official authorities.

2-You must edit the work contracts of employment with the incoming order to ensure the stables or owners or trainers, and provide the club is supported by these contracts.

3-If a worker wishes to terminate his contract unilaterally and without the consent of his sponsor.. Prevents any contract with the stable or the owner or another coach is not granted any license or card entry by the club for two years.

4-Any employee working under the sponsorship of stable or the owner or manager and the granting of exit visas and the return of expired visa before returning, there is no right to enter the Kingdom of any work associated with the club or the stables or owners or trainers unless they get a certificate (Disclaimer) from the former sponsor and relevant government departments and submitted to the Equestrian Club.

5-If brought in any stable or the owner or manager working under the sponsorship of anyone else without the consent of the Nye the Equestrian Club and get a certificate (Disclaimer) from the former sponsor, applied in the right sponsor who Astkdmh a fine of SR. 10000 (non-refundable) and prevent the participation of in the races as well as stop all dealings with the club and book all the items up; to submit evidence to leave the group to his country.

6-Any non-Saudi workers employed by a stable or the owner or manager of government systems in place to bring a system of employment and residence and the right for the club to inform the competent authorities any transgression of these regulations.

7-If there is disagreement between the worker and the sponsor and the sponsor's request for cancellation of his contract, the worker shall have the right to inform the club difference is due to separate provision for the dispute to the Stewards.

8-The Equestrian Club is not responsible for any financial obligations between the worker and the guarantor; any financial dispute back to the government concerned governmental authorities.
