PART SEVENTEEN    Some Race Day Penalties   Before Parade : Type of Violation Penalty Non – inclusion of Jockey in the program SR.100 against Trainer Registration of Jockey without his approval SR.100 against Trainer Jockey  may be changed before first race No penalty Unwarranted  change of Jockey after weighing out SR.200 against Trainer Not providing stable grooms with passes SR.500 against Trainer Scratching of a horse entered by owner in race to which is not entitled SR.1000 against Trainer Scratching of a horse before 12 noon SR.200 against Trainer Exempted. By Vet. Rep. Scratching of a horse after12 noon SR.300 against Trainer - Scratching of a horse 1st. race while there are reserve horses. - Withdrawal of horse (3 years ) after 12 noon, with out allowing others to reduce weight. SR.1000 against Trainer Exempted. By Duty Vet. Rep. Signature of scratch paper by Trainer regarding  a horse which is not under his training - SR.1000 against Trainer - (exempted by duty vet. Report) - Horse may participate in case of approval of original Trainer Not informing the scale clerk of a changed in  actual weight put on the horse  which is different  than that declared in the program - inquiry of Trainer - inflicting penalty of SR1000 against Trainer Variation of chip  number Horse withdrawal + fine of SR.1000 against Trainer Saddling out of designated area SR.500 against Trainer Saddling without the stable Not allowed   At Parade : Type of Violation Penalty Late arrival of runner at parade ring SR.100 against Trainer Very late  arrival at parade ring SR.200 against Trainer Late  arrival of Jockey  at parade  ring SR.100 against Jockey Not  using the shoulder number by the Jockey SR.100 against Jockey Disobedience of Jockey of the parade ring superintendent  orders SR.300 against Jockey Disobeying the grooms of  parade ring superintendent orders. SR.300 against Trainer Violating of grooms to stable color.. SR.100 against Trainer   SR.500 against Trainer Withdrawal of a non –participant horse mistakenly saddled from parade ring. SR.1000 against Trainer in case of preventing a reserve  horse from participation the Trainer will be subject to SR.2000 fine A groom companying a horse to starting gate SR.100 against  Trainer Taking  a runner  to starting  gate without  parade SR.200 against Trainer Taking  a loose  horse  to starting  gate SR.200 against Trainer Wrong Saddling of horse and Entering it into parade area SR.300 against Jockey Not putting on body protective Jacket by the Jockey. - First time : SR. 500 penalty - 2nd  time : Suspension of Jockey for one week - 3rd  time : Penalty is expanded as decision  committee assessment (drawing the season)   At Starting  Gate : Type of Violation Penalty Trainer presenting himself behind starting gate SR.1000 + warning . the fine will be doubled in case of repeated violation Presence of grooms behind the starting  gate SR.100 against Trainer Disobedience of grooms to S . gate Superintendent orders SR.300 against Trainer Disobedience of the Jockey to S. gate Superintendent orders SR.300 against Jockey Severe whipping of horse by a groom for loading into stating gate SR.500 against Trainer Beating  a horse by groom during start SR.500 against Trainer Starting  of a Jockey from the wrong box SR.500 against Jockey Miss used of mobile by Jockey SR.100 against Jockey The groom riding the horse SR.1000 against Trainer Use of Mouth, Nose Twitch SR.300 against Trainer Loss of horse one or both eyes - SR.500 against Trainer - Withdrawal of the horse Miss behavior of the Trainer/ Jockey SR.600 against Trainer/ Jockey  During  Race : Type of Violation Penalty Foul   Exclusion of a horse   Intentional   - Adjustment of the result - Any other horse found to has   - benefited of such  foul  may also - be excluded. - Suspension of Jockey for 4 weeks   -Reckless -Dangerous - the horse  involved  in  the foul  will be  repositioned to come behind  the hindered runner or placed as last  winner - Suspension of Jockey for 3 weeks - Receiving a warning.  Careless Riding ( result not affected) beats the offender  horse has yet won the race Suspension of the Jockey  for one  or two  weeks ( according to extent of interference) Careless Riding ( result affected ) - Suspension of the Jockey 2 weeks - Giving a warning - Adjustment of the result by repositioning the offender behind the horse(s) affected Accidental - Result remain  as it is - Notice to Jockey Guilty of not riding for the best position - Inquiry of both Trainer and Jockey - Suspension  of Jockey for 3 weeks - Suspension of horse for 2 meetings - Cancellation of result - Adjustment of result by entering the 6th winner - SR. 3000 against Trainer in case he has approved that offense. Excessive  whipping - First time : Warning - 2nd  time : SR500  against Jockey - 3rd  time : SR.1000 - 4th  time : Suspension  of Jockey for one week. Severe Beating SR 500 against Jockey Beating the horse on head top or head side SR500  against Jockey Whipping  the other Jockey - SR1000 against the offender Jockey - Jockey may be suspended as decided by the Committee Exaggerated expression of joy by Jockey waving by the whip at the finish line and swaying  his body in a risky way. - first time : Warning - 2nd time : SR 500 against Jockey - 3rd time : SR 1000   After  Race : Type of Violation Penalty Not weighing  of the Jockey -    In case taken  by  ambulance due to injury  or acute sickness k his weight is deemed correct  otherwise:- -    Inquiry  of Jockey -    Cancellation of  the result -    Adjustment of the result by entering the 6th  winner. -    SR. 1000 against the Jockey -IF the Jockey weight is lower than when he weighted out he shall be allowed half kg. - but If he is still below his correct weight -    Inquiry of Jockey -    Cancellation of the result. -    Adjustment of the result by entering the 6th winner -    SR.1000 against the Jockey warning .Penalty may raised to SR5000and suspension if repeated. Jockey with excessive weight SR.1000 against Jockey. Unsadlling of horse by the Jockey him self SR.500 against Jockey. Taking a horse to stable without making bio- test -    Inquiry of runner -    cancellation of runner result -    Adjustment by entering the 6th winner. -    SR. 5000 against Trainer Not signing  the test form by Trainer Testing the horse and recording absence  of Trainer Not notifying the scale clerk of the actual weight on the horse which is different than that declared in the program -       Inquiry of Trainer -       cancellation of the result -       Adjustment of result by entering the 6th winner- -       SR.1000 against Trainer. -       Suspension of Trainer as may be -       felt appropriate by the Higher -       Committee   Dead Heat : Case Penalty (a)  Monetary Prize All prizes allotted for the 1st and 2nd  places should be equally divided between the two leads .this rule should be applied  whatever is the number of dead heat runners or the position where occurred.  (b)  In-kind prize ( car ) -       the Stewards Committee shall ballot to determine the recipient owner. -       The value of  Car  - after deduction of 10%  shall be add with 2nd  prize and divided between the two .the winner shall pay the difference. ( C)   Cup or award -       Committee  shall Ballot  to determine the recipient owner -       total monetary  prize allotted for the 1st  and 2nd place is equally decided between the two   All rights reserved.
